The TasteFul Cajun came to life in February of 2022 after years of planning. Our specialty is authentic Louisiana cajun food.
My name is Chris Barton. I was born and raised in Louisiana, but I moved to Texas in 2017. I decided to start my own food trailer/catering business. Now known as "The TasteFul Cajun". My mission is to share my passion for cooking with the world.
